Most of us decide to enter into therapy because we are in pain and we want to find ways to end the pain. We feel stuck, without choices. While we are drawn to change and growth, it can also be very scary. As your therapist, I see it as my job to help you find the courage to see yourself clearly, to harness your own strength and resources, and to discover your own answers.

My clients have sought out my help to manage feelings of sadness, hopelessness, loneliness, anxiety. I've been especially helpful to people dealing with relationship and parenting difficulties, postpartum depression, histories of abuse and trauma, eating and body image issues, addictions, grief & loss, and major life transitions.

Through therapy, you will learn to get more fulfillment out of your relationships, your work and your life by exploring the issues that are stopping you from getting what you want. Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment.

The following resources are either resources that I found helpful or that a client recommended to me. Some of these podcasts may be too graphic or explicit for you which could be triggering, so please be aware of that. There are so many wonderful resources out there so keep in mind, this is only a jumping off point, not in any way to be a substitute for counseling or a complete list.

My Collection of Resources

Most of us decide to enter into therapy because we are in pain and we want to find ways to end the pain. We feel stuck, without choices. While we are drawn to change and growth, it can also be very scary. As a therapist, I see it as my job to help you find the courage to see yourself clearly, to harness your own strength and resources, and to discover your own answers.

I have compiled this selection of resources that I have come across in my work over the years and found especially useful.

These resources have been especially helpful to people dealing with relationship and parenting difficulties, postpartum depression, histories of abuse and trauma, eating and body image issues, addictions, grief & loss, and major life transitions. From a casual read to a book that can help you breakthrough your walls I hope that you can find something in this collection to be helpful.
